If Bright Steps isn't the right fit, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. This applies to both one-time purchases (e.g. $9.99 BIP unlock) and your first month of any subscription.
Monthly subscriptions after the first 30 days
You may cancel any time from the account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months after the 30-day guarantee window. If you were charged in error or experienced a service outage, contact us for a review.
How to request
Reach us through the in-app support channel with your account email and the transaction date. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
